Vincent Gray appoints transition team leaders of the "One City" Initiative.

Gray's transition team has appointed John Parham and Alexander Chi to lead the "One City" initiative.  This transition committee is charged with translating the "One City" campaign vision into a set of concrete initiatives that seek to bring communities across the city together. Their work will include formulating strategies to increase the District's self-determination.  His mayoral campaign adopted the slogan, commonly used during his time as Council Chairman, "One City. Leadership We Need."  Parham is currently Director of the Schools Program, part of the College for Success Foundation of Washington.  Chi has over 25 years providing technology services to government, Fortune 500 corporations, small businesses and nonprofit organizations.
